HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are the three core technologies used to build modern web applications.

A sleep cycle is the period of time it takes to complete all stages of sleep, from light to deep sleep and back to light sleep.
A good night’s sleep involves completing 5 to 6 of these cycles, which typically last around 90 minutes each. By calculating sleep cycles, our WakeUpTimes app can suggest wake up times that align with the end of a sleep cycle and help users wake up feeling refreshed and energized.
